Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Premier Community HealthCare in 2003, Mrs. DeLong worked as an accountant in private practice. She is responsible for all aspects of finance, contracts, construction projects, IT and billing. Read Full Bio.

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Joseph King joined Premier Community HealthCare in January 2014. Previously, Dr. King practiced OB/GYN at Mercy Health Systems in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He leads the team of providers and is responsible for all clinical outcomes. Read Full Bio.

Jackie_Florez

Human Resources Officer

Ms. Jackie Florez joined Premier Community HealthCare in 2004. Prior to joining the organization, Ms. Florez worked in various leadership roles at the Florida Center for Allergy and Asthma Care. She is responsible for all aspects of hiring, separation, credentialing, and benefits.

Dental & Associate Medical Director

Dr. Jose Peralta joined Premier Community HealthCare as the Dental Director in 2015 and was promoted to Associate Medical Director in 2016. Dr. Peralta has practiced dentistry for twenty years. Read Full Bio.

Compliance Officer

Mrs. Maricela Siller joined Premier Community HealthCare in 2005 as Accounts Payable/Purchasing and Payroll Clerk in the Finance Department. Previously, Mrs. Siller worked as an HR Recruiter for Pepsi Bottling Group. She is responsible for all aspects of the Corporate Compliance Program, Risk Management & Patient Safety Plan, HIPAA, Safety and Security.

Key Management Staff

Nursing Director

Mrs. Dinah Deal-Grant joined Premier Community HealthCare in 1988 as a nurse, served as the site manager for Women’s Health, and was promoted to Nursing Director in 2010. She is responsible for all aspects of the clinical nursing team, assisting the CMO, and establishing and maintaining all clinical policies. Deal-Grant also provides oversight for accreditation activities, Patient Care Coordination, Community Services, and the Health Information Management Systems department.

Sheila Green, MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, A+, NET+

IT Director

Mrs. Sheila Green joined Premier Community HealthCare in 2004. She previously worked for the Polk County School District as an IT Manager and for Data Integrity Services as a consultant. She brings more than 16 years of experience in Information Technology and is responsible for all aspects of Information Technology, including Electronic Medical Records, networking, telephone, and data security.

Operations Director

Mrs. Gabriela Herrera joined Premier Community HealthCare in 2004 as a referral specialist. Over the years, she has worked in various positions ultimately rising to the role of Office Manager for the Zephyrhills Family Health Center. After leading the site for nearly four years, Mrs. Herrera was promoted to Operations Director. Herrera leads the team of office managers and is responsible for all aspects of health center operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and the optimal patient experience.

Cheryl Pollock,  GPC, BA, M.Ed

Director, Business Development

Mrs. Cheryl Pollock joined Premier Community HealthCare in 2012. Prior to joining the organization, Mrs. Pollock’s career includes two decades in the non-profit sector, serving in various leadership roles with a focus on community development, training, project management, and fund development. She is responsible for all fundraising and development activities including donor relations, special events, sponsorships, grant research, and grant writing. Pollock also leads strategic initiatives including partnership development, public relations, marketing, and communications.
