Chief Financial Officer
Aaron Brandt joined Premier Community HealthCare Group, Inc.as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is fall of 2018. Prior to joining the organization, Brandt served as the Finance Director for the Community Health Center of the New River Valley in Blacksburg, Virginia. He earned his double major undergraduate degree in accounting and management from Saint Leo University. Brandt is a proven leader in the fields of healthcare management, financial and strategic planning.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Heron joined Premier in August 2015. Dr. Heron has practiced medicine as a primary care physician for twelve years. After earning a medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine, Dr. Heron completed her residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in New York. As the Chief Medical Director, Dr. Heron continues to see patients at the Zephyrhills Family Health Center and also leads the team of Premier providers. She is responsible for all clinical outcomes of the health center.
Jackie Florez, MBA
Human Resources Officer
Ms. Jackie Florez joined Premier Community HealthCare in 2004. Prior to joining the organization, Ms. Florez worked in various leadership roles at the Florida Center for Allergy and Asthma Care. She is responsible for all aspects of hiring, separation, credentialing, and benefits.
Chianta S. Lindsey, DNP, APRN
Director of Quality and Patient Experience
Chianta S. Lindsey, DNP, APRN joined Premier Community HealthCare Group, Inc. as the Director of Quality and Patient Experience in August 2019. Dr. Lindsey has over twenty years of nursing experience and ten years of professional growth within a Federally Qualified Health Center. As the Director of Quality & Patient Experience, Dr. Lindsey is responsible for quality improvement/quality assurance, the patient experience program and the school-based health center at the Gulfside Elementary Community Partnership School. She also provides leadership for the performance of the following departments: care coordination, clinical training & staff development, and health informatics.
Cheryl Pollock, GPC, BA, M.Ed
Chief Development & Communications Officer
Mrs. Cheryl Pollock joined Premier Community HealthCare in 2012. Prior to joining the organization, Mrs. Pollock’s career includes two decades in the non-profit sector, serving in various leadership roles with a focus on community development, training, project management, and fund development. She is responsible for all fundraising and development activities including donor relations, special events, sponsorships, grant research, and grant writing. Pollock also leads strategic initiatives including partnership development, public relations, marketing, and communications.
Key Management Staff
Mrs. Dinah Deal-Grant joined Premier Community HealthCare in 1988 as a nurse, served as the site manager for Women’s Health, and was promoted to Nursing Director in 2010. She is responsible for all aspects of the clinical nursing team, assisting the CMO, and establishing and maintaining all clinical policies.
Director of Operations
Mrs. Gabriela Herrera joined Premier Community HealthCare in 2004 as a referral specialist. Over the years, she has worked in various positions ultimately rising to the role of Office Manager for the Zephyrhills Family Health Center. After leading the site for nearly four years, Mrs. Herrera was promoted to Director of Operations. Herrera leads the team of office managers and is responsible for all aspects of health center operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and the optimal patient experience.

Mr. John Wessel joined Premier in 2019 as the Director of Operations. John provides expertise in planning, leading and directing health center operations as well as oversight of the 340B Program. Mr. Wessel is dedicated to ensuring quality services are delivered in an efficient, productive and compliant manner.
Director of Risk Management & Compliance
Mrs. Marcy Hammond joined Premier in 2019 as the Director of Risk Management & Compliance. Marcy brings 19 years of experience in healthcare and certifications in Risk Management, Healthcare Quality, and Health Information Management. In this role, Marcy oversees risk management and ensures Premier meets or exceeds standards for quality, ethics, safety, and privacy.
