Do I need a referral for infusion therapy at Premier Community HealthCare?
Yes. Any licensed provider can send a referral and medication order directly to the Premier Infusion Center. Once we receive your referral, one of our patient coordinators will contact you to verify your insurance, discuss financial assistance options, and schedule your first visit.
Does the Premier Infusion Center accept Medicaid?
Yes. The Premier Infusion Center welcomes patients with Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and most commercial insurance plans.
How long does an infusion appointment take?
Treatment times vary by medication and condition, ranging from about 30 minutes to several hours. When you schedule your first appointment, your patient coordinator will give you an estimated time based on your specific therapy. You are welcome to bring reading material or anything that makes the time comfortable. There are also TVs in each infusion suite so you can relax with a favorite show or movie while you receive your therapy.

What conditions does the Premier Infusion Center treat?
Our center provides infusion therapy for a wide range of chronic and autoimmune conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis, lupus, osteoporosis, anemia, chronic migraine, psoriasis, and many more. If your condition is not listed, contact us — we add new therapies regularly.
Can my provider send a referral electronically?
Yes. Providers can submit referrals and medication orders electronically or by fax. Our patient care coordinators handle benefits verification and prior authorizations, keeping the process simple for referring providers and patients.
What should I expect at my first infusion visit?
When you arrive, you will be welcomed by our care team and shown to a private treatment suite. A registered nurse will review your treatment plan, answer your questions, and monitor you throughout your therapy. Our goal is to make every moment you spend at our clinic—from the time you arrive until you’re ready to go home—a relaxing, healing experience where you feel not only cared for, but truly cared about.
