Dr. Delisa Heron earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Family and Community Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in affiliation with Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in New York. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Heron provides traditional family care with a special interest in community and obesity medicine. She views her work as a partnership built on mutual respect, shared decision-making, and trust. Passionate about community health, Dr. Heron believes practicing medicine is a way of “paying it forward” by improving the lives of others.
