Missed Appointment Policy

Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from providing care for others. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot make your appointment.

Policy

Patients with three (3) or more missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice within the calendar year will only be able to make same-day appointments or be seen as walk-ins based on availability.

Appointment Reminders

As a courtesy, we try to remind you of your upcoming appointments by phone, text, or email. We understand that circumstances may prevent you from making your appointment and require notice at least 24 hours in advance.
