Premier Community HealthCare celebrated the grand reopening of its expanded Zephyrhills Family Health Center on July 8, 2026. Community leaders, elected officials, funding partners, and staff gathered for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the milestone.
The newly renovated space at 37920 Medical Arts Court features additional exam rooms and enhanced spaces for family medicine and podiatry, designed to serve a growing patient community with greater comfort and shorter wait times. Since the move, the center has cared for 2,698 patients in the most recent quarter and now serves an estimated 80 to 100 patients each day.
Care that’s close to home
The renovated building anchors a Zephyrhills campus where families can reach a full range of care within steps. Pediatric dental is located next door, and behavioral health and an on-site pharmacy with prescription delivery are in an adjacent building just across the parking lot. Keeping these services close together makes it easier for local families to get quality, affordable care in one neighborhood.
Services available on the campus include:
- Family Medicine – primary care for the whole family
- Podiatry – foot and ankle care for every age
- Pediatric Dental – dental care for kids
- Behavioral Health – mental health care, therapy, and medication management
- Pharmacy – a convenient on-site pharmacy with delivery
A community celebration
The morning program included welcome remarks, a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Vicki Wiggins, CEO of the East Pasco Chamber of Commerce, facility tours, and refreshments. Guests also heard from State Representative Randy Maggard and Jason Dupont, Assistant Director of the Pasco County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, who spoke to the importance of investing in accessible health care for all community members.
The expansion was made possible through the generous support of the Pasco County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and the U.S. Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA).
