Leva Talton earned her Master of Social Work degree from Columbia University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR Certified therapist. She specializes in trauma therapy, focusing on creating a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard, validated, and empowered. Leva uses evidence-based approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help individuals process trauma and build resilience. Her personal healing journey inspired her to become a therapist and provide the same sense of safety and validation she once found in therapy.
