Denise Lee earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of West Florida and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She works with individuals and families of all ages, helping them address emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Denise specializes in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She uses a client-centered approach grounded in evidence-based methods, including CBT, EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT, Mindfulness, and IFS therapy. Before entering mental health, Denise worked in early childhood education, where she saw firsthand the lasting effects of early experiences on development.
