Joseph Resnick

Joseph Resnick joined Premier Community HealthCare Group, Inc.as the Chief Executive Officer in 2014. Resnick is a board-certified healthcare executive. Prior to joining Premier Community HealthCare, he served as the Division Administrator for Women’s Care Florida –Insignia Care for Women in Tampa, FL. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tampa and a Master of Healthcare Administration through the University of South Florida’s College of Public Health. Resnick is an intrinsically motivated healthcare executive with a proven record of leadership, performance improvement, advocacy and healthcare business operations.

As the CEO of Premier Community HealthCare, Resnick is the visionary focused growing the organization to best meet community needs. He strives to make an impact by improving operations, with an emphasis on the patient experience and strengthening the health center workforce. He is also dedicated to improving the health center business model which includes communicating the health center’s strategic plan to the community-at-large and engaging community supporters. Resnick has a wealth of knowledge working in various health care environments and has a strong commitment to creating cohesive and successful staff teams. He excels at bridging the gap between clinical and administration by promoting he has an open-door and by emphasizing transparency in his communication strategies. At Premier Community HealthCare, Resnick is responsible for driving the vision and overall leadership, which consists of just over 215 highly qualified employees who care for more than 34,000 patients through 126,000 encounters in ten offices located throughout Pasco and Hernando Counties in Florida. He is a compassionate and mission driven individual committed to the Patient Centered Medical Home model.

A native of a small town 45 minutes south of Houston, Texas, Resnick and his wife (Erika) have made the Tampa Bay area their home and stay busy raising four children together. He enjoys an active lifestyle which includes traveling, running, musical festivals, and outdoor adventures.
